Volgograd, Russia. 6

I have to admit this. The first time I got to Volgograd, I wasn’t pleased with what I saw. I’d expected it to be some kind of huge and flourishing metropolitan district, with the busy buzz and all.

With time I’ve come to appreciate the calm and quiet out here. The environment is pretty laid back and come to think of it, I wouldn’t want it any other way.

Talking of calm and quiet, probably the best way to spend the weekend in Volgograd is to do so on water. For 2 USD an hour, you can enjoy a breezy cruise on the Volga River. And if you are looking for something quick but fun, then take a ride on a speed boat for the same price. You’ll be on water for not more than 10 minutes though. 🙂

How amazing is this!

And no matter how stressful your week has been, you’ll end up with a huge smile plastered across your pretty little face! 🙂

Always be kind.
